The Kaiser Permanente Southern California Grants Program provides support to nonprofit organizations, government entities, and other institutions in Kaiser Permanente service areas throughout Southern California to improve the health of our communities and eliminate health disparities. The programs below receive critical funding from Kaiser Permanente.
